High temperatures at Eilers Lake through the warm months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; night lows at Eilers Lake during the wintertime mostly sink into the 10's. Lakes? Sure, Harrell Lake North is nearby, and if you came to camp Cedar Lakes is a wonderful place to do that. There are other sites here than Eilers Lake, for example       Harrell Lake South, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Prairie Bluff Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Deer Run Trail; Eilers Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Biz's RV Sales and Campground is a tremendous local campground. This spot is unbeatable, just check out all the amusing stuff to do in the neighborhood of Eilers Lake. Eilers Lake Dam has nice water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Eilers                  Lake. Hiking along the Old Village Trail is nice fun; there are plenty of people from Quincy here.
