A delightful site to camp here at Echo Lake is Schaul Country Lakes, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Volo Bog Interpretive Trail. A golf course near Echo Lake is Wynstone Golf Club; going for a hike along the Tamarack View Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this       neighborhood. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Echo Lake. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAKE ZURICH-BARRINGTON is a delightful site to get some rest; what would winter be without some skiing at Villa Olivia. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Echo Lake, you could also take a look at nearby Lake Zurich. Echo Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while                  February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Suites Chicago Deer Park, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park (Snowboarding only - no skiing) if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Echo Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, E Z Go is a delightful local campground, and a lake close by is Leo Lake. High temperatures at Echo Lake during the months of summer are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's.
