Why not take a refreshing hike along the Crabapple Trail, and De Wees Lake is not the only site close by, Hadley Creek Number 2 Reservoir is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Best Western On the River is a fine choice, and camping is       available at Pine Grove Campground. Summertime at De Wees Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to De Wees Lake. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fall Creek, as expected you could also explore Sims Pond if you're here; it's                  not far at all. Dry warm beds await you at Hotel Clemens Hannibal, and a good location to camp here at De Wees Lake is Oak Ridge Campground. A typical amount of rain falls here at De Wees Lake; September is the wettest month with most rain while January is regularly the driest month.
