There's so much to do here at Crabapple Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Oak Ridge Campground is a wonderful location for that, and an interesting thing to stop by near Crabapple Lake is Siloam Springs Lake Dam. Through the months of summer at Crabapple Lake highs are usually in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. During       the winter highs are generally in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Crabapple Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Siloam Springs while you're here at Crabapple Lake, and let's not forget Crabapple Creek which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay. This place is great, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do near Crabapple Lake. Go for a hike on the Prairie                  Bluff Trail, and Crabapple Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Grove Campground is a brilliant local campground. This is a fine region for people who like lakes. Lake Clayton is a lake nearby, and there's great hiking along the Old Village Trail. You're almost certainly keen on lakes, Siloam Springs Lake is one of those nearby; don't leave Crabapple Lake without first going for a hike along the Crabapple Trail.
