This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Channel Lake has to offer, you can camp at Old Port Cove Marina, and if you get bored of Channel Lake you could also stop by nearby Eagle Lake 7. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Racine here at Channel Lake, and some close by water includes       Sequoit Creek. There's so much to do here at Channel Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Grass Lake Marina and RV Park is a tremendous place for that, and a golf course close by is Antioch Golf Club. Hit the slopes at Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park (Snowboarding only - no skiing) nearby, and the Lake Defiance Nature Trail offers hiking at its best. Wilmot mountain has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and soar down the rapids of White River in a                  kayak. Rock Lake Dam is a gorgeous site in the neighborhood of Channel Lake; Lake Catherine is a nearby lake that you could stop by. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Channel Lake; all through July this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Channel Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Channel Lake. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites Antioch is a glorious choice, and don't leave Channel Lake without first going for a hike along the Tamarack View Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Channel Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
