Enjoy a round of golf at Lakemoor Golf Club not far from Brandenburg Lake, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park (Snowboarding only - no skiing). During the summer here at Brandenburg Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. High temperatures through       the winter are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Brandenburg Lake tend to be in the 0's. Go for a hike on the Tamarack View Trail, and swamps like Volo Bog are fun to explore. A brilliant nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites. There's so much to do here at Brandenburg Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Alfred Keil is a splendid place for that. This lake is so wonderful. You can observe Bald Knob from Brandenburg Lake,                  and Sullivan Lake is a brilliant lake close by. From a rain point of view Brandenburg Lake is a pretty normal spot; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Lakes? Sure, Redhead Lake is in the neighborhood, and brilliant hiking is available along the Volo Bog Interpretive Trail. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Brandenburg Lake. Eagle Point is not far from Brandenburg Lake at all, and in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River.
