You'll need more than a day to look at everything       Big Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bayview Camper's Park, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cedar Creek. For the period of the summertime months here at Big Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Big Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Big Lake is close to Distillery Hollow which is certainly worth taking a                  look at, and you're sure to stumble upon some wonderful people from Quincy here. The yearly precipitation here at Big Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
