If you are in DuPage county it's always a good idea to stop by Barth Pond. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Des Plaines; unsurprisingly, all our national parks are great spots to go to and Illinois & Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Barth Pond is a good place of common rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.

| | Twin Lakes Golf Course, and you can stay the night at A-ok Campgrounds Of Frankfort. There's a forest here at Barth Pond called Maple Grove County Forest Preserve, and the skiing at Four Lakes is pleasant. High temperatures at Barth Pond during the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Barth Pond tend to be in the 10's.

outdoors Marriott Oak Brook Hills Resort is a splendid location to spend a night or two, and Villa Olivia is a great local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Deluxe Inn is a magnificent site to get some rest, and Martin Campground-joliet is a pleasant campground here.
