At Barger Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Barger Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Little Bear Branch is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here, and Super 8 Motel - Harrisburg is a perfect site to get some rest.

Barger Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Williams Hill Pass OHV Park is a tremendous campground nearby, and get your pulse
rate up on the fine whitewater of Lusk Creek. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Barger Lake. Bear Branch Campground is a brilliant local campground, and an exciting thing to pop by near Barger Lake is Barger Lake Dam.
