Camping at Ash Lake is great fun, Boulder Campground is a great local campground; if you're a golfer then a glorious nearby course is Carlyle Lake Golf Club. Ash Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Looking for something near Ash Lake? Bear Lake is nearby; Microtel Inn and Suites Carlyle is a wonderful spot to get some rest.       Summertime highs at Ash Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Ash Lake.
