Go to Worm Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. High temperatures at Worm Lake throughout the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a little colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's; overnight lows at Worm Lake during the winter regularly plunge into the 10's. Worm Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wasatch Range. | | be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Limekiln Lake; the snow is delightful at Beaver Mountain. So many amusing things to do here in the Wasatch Range, too delightful to be true. Going for a hike on the Bloomington Lake Trail is always a great adventure; why not camp at Cloverleaf Campground if you're here at Worm Lake. Paddling on Logan River is so much fun, and nearby you come across the Midland Trail which is a nice hiking trail. This lake | |

is so wonderful. There are pleasant spots to explore along the High Line Trail, and Porcupine Campground is a pleasant local campground. Worm Lake is a location that is pretty arid ordinarily; June is when you get the most rain
here, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect nearby hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - MONTPELIER. Horse Flat is right here at Worm Lake It's always magnificent to have a look at Worm Creek Spring.
Man, is there plenty of enjoyable stuff to do in the Wasatch Range. Lakes? Sure, Bloomington Lake is close by, and why not take a look at close by Middle Fork Bloomington Creek since you're here at Worm Lake.

Bloomington Lake Trail
 | ...ington Lake Trail and Bloomington Lake is up Bloomington Canyon on the West Side of the Bear Lake Valley. The canyon road is accessed off of Highway 89 in the community of Bloomington. It is approximately 11 miles to the top of the canyon and parking area. The road is dirt and gravel and suitable for most passenger cars. It is a short trail to the lake where you will be rewarded with a beautiful high mountain lake with high surrounding cliffs. There are many trails the lead off from the canyon and connect to other surrounding canyons. One of the more notable trails is the Highline Trail. This is an approximate 60 mile trail that runs north and south along the ridge line of the mountains. The trail can be accessed at many point including the top of Bloomington Canyon. At the parking area the road continues a bit futher west and the road turns into a trail that leads up to the ridge.  | 12 miles away The Limber Pine trail is more of a nature walk than a hike. It's good for kids and those seeking an easy, short trail. Educational posting about flora, etc. are included around this loop trail. It's fun, too, even if you are a serious hiker. I think I could complete the loop in 15 minutes, but one posting I saw said 45 minutes. Walk it and find out. Easy access right off the road.... |
