Beautiful Woodtick Lake has much to offer visitors. Woodtick Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. A lake close by is Grouse Lake, and the South Fork Trail is a good hiking trail close by. Summertime highs at Woodtick Lake typically tend to be in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 30's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight

This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Lower Grouse Campground is a wonderful place to camp, and there's whitewater on Camas Creek for all you adrenaline people. Woodtick Lake is a location that is quite dried out mostly; the month with most of the snow is December, and July is the month with the least moisture. Mountain is easily seen from Woodtick Lake; get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Loon Creek.
I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Woodtick Lake. There is a delightful hiking trail close to Woodtick Lake called the Waterfall Trail; camping is available at South Fork Campground.
