Wood Lake

 
  This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wood Lake has to offer, you can camp at Fog Mountain Trailhead. The Wilderness Gateway bridge to Split Creek Pack Bridge portion has a length of 9 miles; you locate this section of whitewater on Lochsa River. It's a type III-IV section. In the event that you donít want to risk getting wet this section of Lochsa River is probably not for you. Nearby you come upon the Selway Falls to
    Boyd Creek Campground section, a category III sweep of whitewater. It's a nice 7-mile-in-length sweep on Selway River. This section of Selway River is advised for whitewater paddlers of medium familiarity.
