If you came for an overnight stay Prairie Campground is a great place to camp. Lakes are splendid; Boulder Lakes is a lake that's close to Window Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Crown Point is an out of the ordinary spot to pop by while at Window Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Amber Lakes. Window Lake       gets very little rain; December is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. Murdock Campground is a great campground nearby; SnowRun by ResortQuest is a brilliant place to get some rest. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Window Lake. Boulder Basin is a splendid site to check out, and dry warm beds await you at Greyhawk by ResortQuest. For the period of the warm days of summer,                  highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Window Lake. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 30's.
