For the duration of the warm months at Wind Lakes highs are mostly in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. You'll stumble on a stunning lake called Swamp Lake near Wind Lakes, and Wind Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Powell Campground is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Hamilton is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. That right there is loads of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Bitterroot Range has it all. You get a perfect sight of Grave Peak from Wind Lakes, and going for a hike along the Granite Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
