 | There are alot of carp in Murtaugh. The Carp in Murtaugh range from 4lbs to 20lbs and can get very big that the Catfish and Perch dont have any room to grow or live in Murtaugh. If you catch a Carp do not let it go. We want to reduce the carp population and let the Catfish and Perch grow to there normal size.... |

Schipper Campground
 | 16 miles away The Schipper's, Jack & George were my Uncles.ÿ I was there about ten years ago. I have picture of George horseback and know a few tales of their adventures there learned from their sister, my mother Anna Schipper Vos. Mrs Crowley if she still lives, knew them...A few years ago, my brother, myself and our wives went camping and fishing in Idaho. Schipper Campground was the only place we caught any fish and we limited out there. Across the stream was some frontier remains. Very pretty spot. Quite a coincidence since George Schipper was a Idaho pioneer and our great uncle. He retired in Florida and lived into his 90's.... |
