A visit to Warren Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Ashley Inn is a great spot to get some rest; probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Calendar Reservoir is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a magnificent place to spend a night or two; going for a hike on the Fool Creek Trail is always a good adventure. So much exciting stuff in the Salmon River Mountains, just phenomenal. A fine place to camp here at Warren Pond is Trinity Pines Camp & Conferenc; there's some flowing water close by, Little Pearsol Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Warren Pond. You could also stop by Horsethief Reservoir if you're here at Warren Pond; it's nearby, and there's whitewater on Payette | |

Throughout the warm days of summer here at Warren Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. Highs during the
winter are frequently in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Warren Pond. Why not go to Warren Diversion Dam while you're here; there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Eagle Nest Trail. Camping is available
at Arrowhead Mountain Village, and get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Payette River - Middle Fork.
From a rain point of view Warren Pond is a reasonably normal place; the wettest month of the year is regularly
January, that's the one that snows the most; the driest month is July. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Salmon River Mountains. Cascade Golf Course is a good golf course nearby, and nearby you stumble on the Skunk Creek Trail which is a fine hiking trail.
