Idaho has many beautiful lakes and Warm Lake is one of them. All through the summer months at Warm Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Warm Lake are in the 10's. Warm Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Salmon River Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Johnson Creek, and Picnic Point Campground is a good campground here. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things near Warm Lake. South Fork Salmon River Campground is a fine place. This lake is so wonderful. Kinney Point is close to Warm Lake and is a delightful location to go to, and if you get bored of Warm Lake you could also check out nearby Tule Lake.
While staying at Warm Lake you could always look at Paradise Valley, and do take a hike on the Cougar Rock Trail. Get dripping wet paddling on Salmon River - South Fork; everybody nearby loves skiing at Brundage Mountain. An average
amount of rainfall falls at Warm Lake; all through January this area sees the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. And if that's not enough there's a load more fun stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Going for
a hike along the Dollar Creek Way will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; a quick spree to Bear Creek is definitely a wonderful idea.
