The beauty of Upper Twin Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Whitetail Club and Resort is a brilliant choice. And if that's not enough there's heaps more amusing things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. While you're here at Upper Twin Lake, you could also have a look at scenic Eden Lake; if you crave a little side visit, try Warm Springs Saddle. | | Twin Lake highs are generally in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Upper Twin Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. Upper Twin Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge, and the view of scenic Hard Butte is wonderful. Upper Twin Lake is a location that is reasonably waterless typically; May is the month that gets the most rain, and July
is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike along the Crestline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; Hazard Campground is a nice local campground. You definitely should love Upper Twin Lake.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hard Creek, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Broken Leg Trail.
