Upper Priest Lake gets a typical amount of rain; December is when you get the most snow here while July is frequently the driest month. Just can't get enough of Upper Priest Lake. Hiking along the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail is tremendous fun, and a tremendous place like Armstrong Meadows here at Upper Priest Lake is too tremendous to miss. At Upper Priest Lake during the       summertime highs are in the 80's, and the night is somewhat colder of course, mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Upper Priest Lake tend to be in the 10's. Upper Priest Lake is right by the Hanna Flast Nature Trail, and Upper Priest Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Navigation Campground is a glorious local campground. The snow is magnificent at Schweitzer, and hey,                  Deadman Creek is a fine local stream. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Upper Priest Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Plowboy Campground is a delightful place for that; a wonderful lake like Mollies Lake is a great spot to have a look at.
