This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Upper Hazard Lake. Whitetail Club and Resort is a good spot to get some rest, and why not camp at Grouse Campground since you're here at Upper Hazard Lake. This place, the Salmon River Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. Going for a hike       along the Crestline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; a great place to camp here at Upper Hazard Lake is Hazard Campground. You should positively dedicate some time to Hard Creek Basin while you're here at Upper Hazard Lake, and at Upper Hazard Lake you can observe Bruin Mountain. Upper Hazard Lake is a location that is relatively arid frequently; through the month of May you get the most rain around here while July is the month                  with the least amount of precipitation. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Broken Leg Trail, and Kenneth Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at AmericInn McCall, and while you're here, you could also go to gorgeous Hard Creek Lake. During the summer here at Upper Hazard Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 90's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Upper Hazard Lake are in the 20's. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Salmon River Mountains. Hiking along the Lava Butte Trail is glorious fun; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Payette River - North Fork.
