    Do stop by Upper Baron Lake while you're in this part of Idaho. Lakes are great; Alpine Lake is a lake that's near Upper Baron Lake. There's so much to do here at Upper Baron Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Heyburn Mountain Campground is a tremendous location for that. Upper Baron Lake is located in the Sawtooth Range. The amount of rainfall that falls at Upper Baron Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is usually January,  
   that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River, and Baron Creek Falls is always fun to check out. Hiking along the Yellow Belly Trail is tremendous fun, and if the weather is gorgeous, you acquire a great vista of Braxon Peak from Upper Baron Lake.
