    Twin Lakes is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Summertime at Twin Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 30's. During the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Twin Lakes dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Twin Lakes is a good place of common precipitation; during the month of January you get the most snow around here, and July is when it's the driest. There's whitewater  
   on Monumental Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Twin Lakes is right by the Farrow Mountain Trail.
Just can't get enough of Twin Lakes. You can run the rapids of Big Creek close to Twin Lakes; camping at Parrot Placer Campground is always a fine experience. And if that's not enough there's a load more cool things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Twin Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Salmon River Mountains.
While you're here at Twin Lakes,
 
               you could also go to beautiful Papoose Lake, and hiking along the Black Butte Trail is brilliant fun. Just can't get enough of the Salmon River Mountains. If you need a location to stay Dixie Store & Motel is a great choice, and if you came to camp Papoose Creek Campground is a fine site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. At Twin Lakes you can spot Farrow Mountain; do take a hike on the Coyote Springs Trail.
