It is very dry here at Twin Lakes generally; the wettest month of the year is generally May, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Hidden Lake, and hiking along the Pilot Knob Trail is magnificent fun. This lake is so wonderful. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Clearwater Mountains is excellent! Long Meadow is a perfect place to stretch your legs a bit; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge.

is a perfect site to camp. Twin Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Clearwater Mountains. All through the days of summer here at Twin Lakes, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the
40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Twin Lakes.
Just can't get enough of Twin Lakes. Clearwater River - South Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and camping is available at Sourdough Saddle Campground.
