And that's not everything there is to do here in the Sawtooth Range. Everybody close by loves skiing at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort; don't leave Twin Lakes without first going for a hike along the Yellow Belly Trail. You can catch a sight of El Capitan from Twin Lakes, and a lake nearby is Bowknot Lake. There's good hiking along the Bull Moose Trail. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for       a while, Alturas Inlet Campground is a fine place for that. This place, Twin Lakes, it clearly has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Alice Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Twin Lakes; Yuba River Trail is a glorious local trail. Just can't get enough of the Sawtooth Range. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawtooth Range. This lake is so wonderful. A fine site for whitewater                  paddling in close proximity to Twin Lakes is Salmon River; if you came to camp Smoky Bear Campground is a great location to do that. Twin Lakes gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is July. High temperatures at Twin Lakes through the days of summer are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's.
