    In Idaho there are many beautiful lakes, Twin Lakes is one of them. This lake is located in the wonderful Wallowa Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Snake River; there are great places to look at along the Old Boise Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Little Salmon River, and going for a hike on the Deep Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure.
So
 
    many amusing things in the Wallowa Mountains, just phenomenal. Whitetail Club and Resort is a glorious place to get some rest; there is a wonderful hiking trail close by called the Rapid River Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Black Lake Campground, and it's a perfect idea to have a look at Granite Fork. Yeah, come here to Twin Lakes for a brilliant time. From Twin Lakes you obtain a magnificent panorama of Echols Mountain; you'll discover  
               a beautiful lake called Black Lake.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Wallowa Mountains. Bear Saddle is a tremendous spot to pop by next to Twin Lakes, and since you're here, you could also have a look at gorgeous Satan Lake. If you need a place to stay Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a fine choice. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Twin Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Huckleberry Campground.
At Twin Lakes you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while July is typically the driest month. Throughout the summertime highs here at Twin Lakes get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Twin Lakes are in the 20's.
