    Do stop by Twentyfour Mile Reservoir while you're in this part of Idaho. Through the warm months at Twentyfour Mile Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Twentyfour Mile Reservoir during the winter regularly fall into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Blackfoot River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby,  
   and do go to East Fork Twentyfour Mile Creek if you're here at Twentyfour Mile Reservoir. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Pebble Creek is next to Twentyfour Mile Reservoir; if you need a place to stay Ameritel Inn IF Spectrum is a magnificent choice.
There's some exciting stuff to see at Twentyfour Mile Dam near Twentyfour Mile Reservoir, and a fine forest close by is Pine Grove. If you came to camp Lava Spa Motel is a glorious spot to do that, and
 
               if you crave a little side tour, try Dry Hollow. Corduroy Spring is a good local attraction.
And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do near Twentyfour Mile Reservoir. There's delightful hiking along the Portneuf Presto Trail. There's so much to do here at Twentyfour Mile Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Grave Creek Campground is a pleasant location for that. Twentyfour Mile Reservoir is generally a relatively dry location; May is when you get the most rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest.
