Triple Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Triple Lakes highs are ordinarily in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Triple Lakes. Triple Lakes truly is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Gotta ski! Lost Trail is a great spot to do that, and camping is available at Schumaker Campground. This

| | lake is so wonderful. A brilliant nearby hotel is Best Western Hamilton Inn; a lake close by is White Cap Lakes. The annual rain here at Triple Lakes is about average; the month with most of the snow is January; the driest month of the year is July. So much amusing stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range, not sufficient time. Go for a hike on the Castle Rock Trail. Creek is close to Triple Lakes and is always a joy to take a look at. This site, the Bitterroot Range, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Don't leave Triple Lakes without first going for a hike along the South Route of Old Nez Perce
Trail; a good location to camp here at Triple Lakes is Bear Creek Pass Campground. Put some time aside to spend at Patsy Ann Falls while you're here at Triple Lakes, and Triple Lakes is not the only place close by, Tin Cup Lake is a close by lake.
