What a nice lake Triple Lakes is. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Triple Lakes with night lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Triple Lakes temperatures descend to the 10's. Hotel & Saloon is a nice location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Near Triple Lakes you stumble on the North Route Of Old Nez Perce Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail; wonderful skiing awaits you at Lost Trail. Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. Patsy Ann Falls is a wonderful local attraction.
