This lake is so wonderful. Nearby High Pass is a perfect spot to go if you're at Triangle Lake, and float down the rapids of Payette River - South Fork in a kayak. Man, is there plenty of amusing things to do in the Sawtooth Range. Danner's Log Cabin Motel is a good spot to get some rest. Lakes? Sure, Browns Lake is in the vicinity. High temperatures at Triangle       Lake through the days of summer are in the 80's; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, typically in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Triangle Lake. Triangle Lake gets a common amount of rain; January is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. If only every site had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great world it would be. Going for a hike on the Black                  Warrior Creek Trail is always a great adventure, and you can stay the night at Powerplant Campground. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Triangle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Queens River Campground; you can go for a hike on the Yuba River Trail. The Sawtooth Range scenery is always beautiful. Don't leave Triangle Lake without first going for a hike along the Hot Springs Creek Trail, and Browns Peak can be seen from Triangle Lake. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Sawtooth Range, too brilliant to be true.
