Tille Lake is a good location of normal precipitation; through January this area sees the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. At Tille Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Tille       Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. And if that's not enough there's a heap more fun stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range. Camping at Mush Campground is always a splendid experience, and Kelly Creek is a glorious whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. At Tille Lake you can catch a sight of Elizabeth Mountain, and you can run the rapids of Clearwater River - North Fork.
