Thirteen Lakes

And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more fun stuff to do in the Clearwater Mountains. The summit of Stripe Mountain can be spotted from Thirteen Lakes; camping at Observation Point is always a great experience.
The type III-IV Corn Creek to Vinegar Creek section of Salmon River is 79 miles long. You might get dripping wet whitewater paddling this part of Salmon River, so you should be prepared for that. Whitewater rapids are treacherous occurrences,
so you should check conditions before you go. This lake is one of the great places here in the Clearwater Mountains. The peak of Thirteen Mountain can be observed from Thirteen Lakes, and a good site like Salmon National Forest is too tremendous to leave out.
