What a nice lake Templeman Lake is. Leslie Springs is a lovely place to check out while you're at Templeman Lake; get dripping wet paddling on Moyie River. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Mirror Lake Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT NORTH.

| | need more than a day to look at everything Templeman Lake has to offer, you can camp at Smith Lake Campground, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Danquist Trail. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do next to Templeman Lake. Take a look at nearby Deer Lake Swamp. There's so much to do here at Templeman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Brush Lake Campground is a good site for that.

you can explore Nixon Number Two Dam, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Queen Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Kootenai River Inn & Casino is a fine place to get some rest; on a great day
you can take a hike along the Rutledge Creek Trail. It's a good idea to go to Fern Creek, it's near Templeman Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Kootenai.
All through the long summer days at Templeman Lake temperatures
are regularly in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Templeman Lake temperatures dip to the 10's.
