If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Swan Lake. A glorious location to camp here at Swan Lake is Cave Falls Campground, and there's whitewater on Falls River for all you adrenaline junkies. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the West Boundary Trail, and get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Bitch Creek. A common amount of rain falls here at Swan Lake; the wettest month       of the year is typically January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Bechler River Trail, and a visit to Moss Spring will fill your spirit with good feelings. Why not camp at Bear Gulch Campground since you're here at Swan Lake; as expected, this is a magnificent area for folks who like lakes, Beaver Lake is a lake nearby. Summertime at Swan Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's.                  Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 20's while Swan Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Grand Targhee is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. A pleasant visit to Putney Meadows is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon; if you need a place to stay Squirrel Creek Elk Ranch is a good choice.
