This lake is one of the great places here in the Lost River Range. Summit Dam is beautiful and it's close to Summit Reservoir, and Dry Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Summit Reservoir, you could also stop at nearby Horse Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike       along the Snowbank Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Lost River Range for a pleasant time. Looking for a brilliant tour? Craters Of The Moon National Monument is rather close to Summit Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Summit Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Big Creek Campground is a pleasant place for that. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Summit Reservoir, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.                  Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's while Summit Reservoir overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's.
