Stingray Lake is always a pleasure to visit. So many exciting things in the neighborhood of Stingray Lake, completely extraordinary. Don't leave Stingray Lake without first going for a hike along the North Route Of Old Nez Perce Trail. Go for a hike on the Old Nez Perce Trail, and pretty scenery and great skiing is what you get at Lost Trail. | | snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
Through the summertime months highs here at Stingray Lake get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Stingray Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful. At Stingray Lake you can spot Nipple Knob; camping is available at Schumaker Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bitterroot Range. Dry warm beds await you at Darmont Hotel & Saloon, and camping at Bear Creek Pass Campground is always a nice experience.
