is so wonderful. This is a magnificent vicinity for people who like lakes. Blacktail Lake is a lake close at hand. There's so much to do here at Still Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Fork Public Campground is
a great site for that. Throughout the long summer days, highs mostly are in the 80's at Still Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Still
Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Bitterroot Range is excellent! A brilliant close by hotel is Best Western Kootenai River Inn & Casino, and the North Fork Trail offers
hiking at its best. It is very arid here at Still Lake mostly; November is the month that gets the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
