The beauty of Steve Lake is reason enough to stop by. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Steve Lake. Slide Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and do explore Cliff Lake, it's a delightful lake. Why not camp at Aquarius Campground since you're here at Steve Lake, and nearby you hit upon the Shin Point Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. Throughout the warm months highs here at Steve Lake get into the 80's, and through summer nights

| | temperatures are in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's, and overnight lows at Steve Lake throughout the winter frequently descend into the 20's.
