If you are in this part of Idaho make sure to pay a visit to Square Rock Lake. A quick tour to Grave Creek near Square Rock Lake is a tremendous idea, and going for a hike on the Nez Perce Trail is always a good adventure. This place, the Clearwater Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. Get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Selway River, and a delightful spot to camp here at Square Rock Lake is Poet Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful.

lows in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows at Square Rock Lake during the wintertime generally fall into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
This lake is one of the great places
here in the Clearwater Mountains. The yearly rain here at Square Rock Lake is about average; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest month of the year is July. So many cool things to do in the Clearwater Mountains,
not enough time. Camping at Cedar Flats Campground is always a splendid experience, and if you need a place to stay Red River Corral & Cabins is a pleasant choice.
You can run the rapids of Moose Creek in the neighborhood of Square Rock Lake; you can go for a hike on the Old Nez Perce Indian Trail.
