    Beautiful Spruce Creek Lakes has much to offer visitors. High temperatures at Spruce Creek Lakes during the summer months are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Spruce Creek Lakes nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Spruce Creek Lakes is located in the Bitterroot Range. Spruce Creek Lakes is a good site of typical precipitation; through the month of January you  
   get the most snow around here; the driest of the months is July.
A good place to camp here at Spruce Creek Lakes is Lee Creek Campground, and do take a hike on the Lee Ridge Trail. Why not camp at Fort Lolo Hot Springs since you're here at Spruce Creek Lakes, and White Sand Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place!                worth stopping at.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Hamilton, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Saint Mary Peak Trail. Now, you may assume that's loads but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Bitterroot Range. Lakes are delightful; Storm Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Spruce Creek Lakes, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Sally Ridge Trail. You truly should love Spruce Creek Lakes. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Brushy Fork, and you're almost certainly interested in lakes, Grimes Lake is one of those close by.

I venture up to Tag Alder every year. It is getting more and more difficult to get up there because of the new growth of trees from the fires of 2000. Once there it is beautiful lake. Another half hour hike up and you will be at the summit of the mountain. There is a nice camp area on North shore. Fishing is best in late spring using small spinners or powerbait....
