Soldier Lakes

Soldier Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Sawtooth Range. This spot, the Sawtooth Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Camping at Josephus Lake is always a great experience; Challis National Forest is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. If you came to camp Unity Lake is a magnificent place to do that, and lakes are such calm spots, why not pop by Josephus Lake.
You find the 8-mile-from-start-to-finish Marsh Creek to Boundary Creek portion
of Salmon River - Middle Fork close by; this is a grade III-IV whitewater segment. The Marsh Creek to Boundary Creek portion of Salmon River - Middle Fork is suggested for whitewater paddlers of medium practice.
