This lake is located in the wonderful Sawtooth Range. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Soldier Lakes. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Brundage Mountain is close to Soldier Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Sheepeater Hot Springs Campground is a tremendous local campground; do check out Langer Lake, it's a beautiful lake. The       warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Soldier Lakes while night lows are commonly in the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Soldier Lakes dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Lola Creek Campground is a great campground nearby, and there's great hiking along the Bear Valley Creek Trail. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marsh Creek,                  and the Blue Bunch Trail offers hiking at its best. The annual rain here at Soldier Lakes is about average; most of the snow falls through January; the driest of the months is July. So many cool things to do here in the Sawtooth Range, too brilliant to be true.
