So many amusing things to do in the Sawtooth Range, not sufficient time. Camping at Snowslide Lakes is fine fun, Canyon Campground is a fine local campground. Lakes are pleasant; Paradise Lake is a lake that's close to Snowslide Lakes. Near Snowslide Lakes you stumble on the Bull Moose Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; skiing at Sun Valley is one of those things you just must do.       The Bremner Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Snowslide Lakes, and you acquire a tremendous panorama of Paradise Peak from here. At Snowslide Lakes through the summer months highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Snowslide Lakes temperatures descend to the-10's. At Snowslide Lakes you don’t see much rain; of all the months                  in a year December is the one with the most snow while July is commonly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. On a perfect day at Snowslide Lakes you can take a hike along the Yellow Belly Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort while you're here. Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Snowslide Lakes. Snowslide Lakes is a nice place to camp, Bowns Campground is a nice place, and get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Salmon River. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Sawtooth Range.
