Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Blowout Reservoir, and while you're here at Snowdrift Reservoir it's a nice idea to stop by Little Laidlaw Park. Around Snowdrift Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. | | drop down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Snowdrift Reservoir. Not far from Snowdrift Reservoir, you'll hit upon Bullshot Reservoir which is a lovely lake, and if you have the time, Craters Of The Moon National Monument is a national park worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of North Laidlaw Butte can be seen from Snowdrift Reservoir; if you're here at Snowdrift Reservoir, checking out Snowdrift Crater is a must. | |
