A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Snow Lake; through the month of December you get the most snow around here; the driest of the months is July. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Snow Lake has to offer, you can camp at Deep Creek Campground; Bottleneck       Peak is clearly visible from Snow Lake. There's whitewater on Smith Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a great location to get some rest. A lake close by is Bottleneck Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the White Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. At Snow Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's; the night is rather chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. All through the wintertime                  highs are typically in the 20's with temperatures at Snow Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Any time is a good time at Snow Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. There are some great whitewater spots on Pack River; if you're here, you could visit Beehive Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
