There's so much to do here at Smith Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dirt Oven Campground is a fine place for that, and drift down the rapids of Boundary Creek in a kayak. This spot is so good, just explore all the exciting things to do near Smith Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Inn at Priest Lake Resort. At Smith Lake you can spot Lake Mountain, and if you came to camp Plowboy Campground       is a good spot to do that. At Smith Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Smith Lake. Smith Lake is ordinarily a quite arid place; November is the wettest month with most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The White Mountain Trail is a                  nice hiking trail near Smith Lake, and paddling on Smith Creek is so much fun.
