Thorn Creek is a fine spot to stop by, and Sliman Reservoir is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Intermountain RV Camp is a brilliant local campground. Around Sliman Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of January is the wettest with most of       the snow while August is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A fine spot to camp here at Sliman Reservoir is Shoshone RV Park, and Little Wood River is a great whitewater spot close by. If you go for the outdoors, you'll love Sliman Reservoir. An afternoon playing golf at Gooding Golf Course is always a delight, and you can run the rapids of Big Wood River. At Sliman Reservoir through the summer highs are in the 80's. All through the moonlight                  hours it's ordinarily in the 40's.
