All the outdoors cool stuff in the Bitterroot Range will keep you coming back time and again. Going for a hike on the Old Montana Trail is always a fine adventure, and a magnificent site for whitewater paddling is Clearwater River - North Fork. It's a tremendous idea to stop by Falls Creek, it's in the neighborhood of Skyland Lake, and camping at Mammouth Springs Campground is always a great experience. This       lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Aquarius Campground is a nice site to do that; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Mallard Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Skyland Lake, do take a trip to Martin Peak. Skyland Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bitterroot Range. There is a great hiking trail close to Skyland Lake called the Shin Point Trail;                  needless to say, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Fawn Lake is a lake close by. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. On a wonderful day at Skyland Lake you can take a hike along the Dead Mule Trail, and St. Joe River is a great whitewater spot nearby. An average amount of precipitation falls at Skyland Lake; through January this area sees the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime highs at Skyland Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Skyland Lake temperatures sink to the 20's.
