Many people like to go to Skein Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Salmon River Mountains. A fine location to camp here at Skein Lake is Water's Edge RV Resort, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Willow Creek Trail. Skein Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Skein Lake. Nearby lakes? | | Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by.
At Skein Lake you can catch a sight of Collier Peak, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Payette River - North Fork. Skein Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; the month with most of the snow is January, and July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lake Cascade State Park is always a magnificent experience.

a great choice; Skein Lake Dam is a beautiful spot, unquestionably worth stopping at. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. If the weather is pleasant here at Skein Lake, you can go for a hike along
the Campbell Creek Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Payette River - North Fork. At Skein Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's; the night is somewhat cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. High temperatures
throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Skein Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Ashley Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two; Stewarts Meadow is a splendid location to check out.
