If you come at the right time of year, Brushy Fork offers some brilliant whitewater, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Hamilton is a good choice. So many fun things to do here in the Bitterroot Range, too perfect to be true. Get yourself into a kayak and hit White Sand Creek. There's so much to do here at Siah Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lee Creek Campground is a fine site for that. The       annual precipitation here at Siah Lake is about average; January is when you get the most snow here; the driest month is July. All year is a tremendous time in the Bitterroot Range if you love the outdoors. Siah Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. Siah Lake is not the only place nearby, Beaver Lake is a nearby lake, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Lee Ridge Trail. High temperatures at Siah Lake during the warm days                  of summer are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Siah Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail in the neighborhood of Siah Lake called the Sally Ridge Trail, and Siah Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Fort Lolo Hot Springs is a magnificent local campground. Yeah, come here to Siah Lake for a good time.
