The annual rainfall here at Siah Lake is about average; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow while July is usually the driest month. For the duration of the summer at Siah Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Siah Lake tend to be in the 10's. But wait, there's       more amusing things to do in the Bitterroot Range. There's so much to do here at Siah Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lee Creek Campground is a glorious spot for that; if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on White Sand Creek. The Sally Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best, and Brushy Fork has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Siah Lake. Dry warm                  beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Hamilton, and you're most likely addicted to lakes, Beaver Lake is one of those nearby. If you came to camp Fort Lolo Hot Springs is a wonderful location to do that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Siah Lake; Lee Ridge Trail is a nice local trail. Siah Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful.
