You'll need more than a day to look at everything Search Lake has to offer, you can camp at Navigation Campground; Schweitzer has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff. Do take a look at Marsh Lake close to Search Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Priest River. You absolutely ought to like Search Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Search Lake is a location that is quite waterless regularly; throughout November this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer at Search Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
