Not much rain falls here at Scribner Lake; May is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. That right there is a load of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Salmon River Mountains has it all. If the weather is great here at Scribner Lake, you can go for a hike along the Crestline Trail. Lakes? Sure, Kenneth Lake is in the vicinity. | |

Summertime highs at Scribner Lake frequently tend to be in the 90's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 40's with temperatures at Scribner Lake dipping down into the 20's
through winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Lava Butte Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Chair Point Look Out. Scribner Lake is located in the Salmon River Mountains. Stay the
night at Upper Payette Lake Campground, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Broken Leg Trail.
