Scribner Lake is a nice lake to visit. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Salmon River Mountains. Scribner Lake is right by the Broken Leg Trail; if you came to camp Hazard Campground is a good site to do that. Scribner Lake gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is May, and July is when it's the driest. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Salmon River Mountains is excellent!

This lake is so wonderful. Scribner Lake is not the only place close by, Upper Hazard Lake is a close by lake, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a brilliant choice. Scribner Lake is a beautiful lake in the Salmon River Mountains. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really bountiful here at Scribner Lake. is a pleasant spot to get some rest.
Summertime highs at Scribner Lake usually tend to be in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; night
lows during the wintertime for Scribner Lake tend to be in the 20's. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Salmon River, and the top of Lava Butte is easily observed from Scribner Lake. A lake close by is Kenneth Lake, and camping at Upper Payette Lake Campground is always a glorious experience.
